Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 10, 2026
This website is run for Lujan Elite Concrete LLC, a licensed California concrete contractor (CSLB #1077775) based in West Covina, California. This page explains what information the site collects when you ask for a price, request a bid, or book a consult, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email address (optional on some forms), street address (we also read your ZIP code from it), and your project details, such as the type of work, finish, square footage, timeline, and any message you write.
- What is collected automatically: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, ad-click IDs from the link you clicked (Facebook's fbclid, Google's gclid, and campaign tags called UTM parameters), the date and time of your first visit, and your IP address. Your browser holds the ad-click info for the length of your visit (in sessionStorage) so it stays attached to your request if you fill out a form later.
Where your information lives
Your details are saved in our own database, hosted on Cloudflare, the company that also serves this website. Robert and the small team that runs this site for him can see them. They are used to respond to you, price your project, and keep track of your request. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- Call, text, or email you back about your project.
- Prepare your price range and your bid.
- Send the emails described in the next section.
- See which ads and posts bring in real customers. That is what the ad-click IDs are for.
- Protect the site from abuse, which is what your IP address is used for (limiting repeated automated submissions, and a Cloudflare security check on our forms when it is turned on).
We do not send marketing text messages. Any text you get from us is Robert personally replying about your project.
Emails we send
When you give us your email address, we send a confirmation right away. If your project stays open, we also send a short series of follow-up emails: no more than four, spread over about two weeks. Every follow-up email includes our postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe once and the follow-ups stop; we keep your email on a do-not-email list so no follow-up email is ever sent to you again. If an email to you bounces, or you mark one as spam, we stop sending follow-ups to that address too.
Companies that help us run this
- Cloudflare hosts the website and our database, and can run a security check on our forms to confirm a submission comes from a person, which processes your IP address.
- Resend delivers our email. It processes your email address and the contents of the messages we send, including the alert that goes to Robert with the details of your request.
- Stripe processes card payments if you pay the $150 consult fee by card when card checkout is offered. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we store only the payment status, the amount, the date, and Stripe's reference number for the payment. If you pay by Zelle, that payment goes straight to the business through your bank.
- Google: if you book a consult, you pick your time on Robert's Google booking calendar. What you enter there goes to Google under Google's own privacy policy. Google also serves the fonts this site uses (Google Fonts), so loading a page sends Google a standard web request that includes your IP address; Google states these requests are not used to build advertising profiles.
- Jobber, the company's job management software: we may copy your request into it, connected through Zapier, so your project is tracked alongside the rest of the business.
Advertising and tracking
Today, no advertising pixel runs on this site, and we do not allow any third party to collect information about you across other websites or over time through this site. The ad-click IDs described above are stored in our own database only.
We plan to use Meta (Facebook) advertising tools in the future. If we turn them on, this site would share lead events with Meta, including your IP address, browser information, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address and phone number, so Meta can measure which ads led to real requests. We will update this page before that starts.
This site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Your choices
- The unsubscribe link in any follow-up email stops the follow-ups with one click.
- To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, call 626-736-6921 and ask. If you ask us to delete your information, we may keep the minimum needed to honor a do-not-email request.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and job records as long as we need them to run the business and meet record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
